What are the Veteran Circles?

We are a network of motivated veteran entrepreneurs in Dallas-Fort Worth that collaborate and help one another grow our businesses through networking, referrals, information and other resources. We are NOT a non-profit. There are enough of those. We are just a group of vets helping one another take our businesses to the next level.

Networking

Your Network is Your Net Worth. It is vitally important to know the right people who can help you grow your business. Sometimes you are just one strategic introduction away from someone who can completely explode your business growth.

Personal Development

While we focus on business and making more money, we recognize you have to be balanced in your personal life to be a good business person. Therefore we sometimes discuss topics like building meaningful relationships, getting in shape, and more.

No MLM Policy

We've never had good experience with people who promote multi-level marketing/network marketing in our groups. These types of entities attract the wrong personality types 99% of the time so we've outright banned them from our events.

Business Development

Every meetup we have a subject matter expert give a talk for about 15-20 minutes on different elements of your business to help you learn and grow.

Friendly Positive Atmosphere

You will never hear us whine about the VA or complain about being forgotten victims of a system. On the contrary we lift each other up and continue the camaraderie we miss so dearly from the military.

Online and Offline Components

We have a Facebook group as well as an online directory but we also do live events each month with multiple chapters.

Randy Watkins

Frisco Chapter Leader

Focused on building relationships with clients that last a lifetime. My own real estate journey began with purchasing real estate as an investment in 2010; during this time, I've understood that prompt communication and proper, thorough research are required in order to provide a corner stone to each client's interests. As a family man, I am both a devoted husband and loving father to a beautiful daughter, making me completely adept at meeting the needs of a family unit.

As an Army veteran of 17 years, I have consistently put the needs of my soldiers first in both their professional and personal lives to ensure not only their success, but their families also. That focus has transitioned seamlessly into the service industry where trust is paramount, attention to detail is an absolute necessity, and meeting the needs of the client is of the utmost importance.

After retiring from Active Duty, I found that I could still serve and get the sense of satisfaction from helping people within the mortgage industry. Over the past 10 years, I have helped many people achieve the dream of home ownership. I enjoy serving the people of my community and I am especially passionate about helping Veterans and their families navigate the homebuying process.

The values instilled in me throughout my time in the Marines continue to guide me both personally and professionally. Honor and Integrity are of the upmost importance to me, and I bring these to my business every day. These guiding principles combined with extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry ensures that I can provide my clients with a superior experience.
